Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a long tradition of olive oil and passion for our land. We carefully select the best Sicilian olives, grown in our sun-kissed olive groves, in the heart of the Natural Reserve of the Saline di Trapani and Paceco.
The olives are harvested at the right time, when the fruit has reached the right ripeness, to guarantee a high quality oil, rich in aromas and flavors. The pressing is done cold, within a few hours of harvesting, to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the oil.
